CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 3.2.2018:
All this rain won't rain on our parade! The Point now has water, sealed windows, and the beginnings of permanent electric and plumbing. In addition, the showers are being set, the elevators are being installed, and the Klaus Mechanical Parking System is being built beneath the first floor. Each day brings us closer to The Point!
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 1.12.2018:
Blocking has begun! "Blocking" or the wooden boards you see secured to the metal structure of what will be walls, is installed in order to be able to use screws or nails with more stability once drywall is in place. The wood allows for more stable shelves, hooks, and fixtures when The Point is complete!
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 12.22.2017:
On the exterior, the windows are being installed, making The Point more and more a luxury living space every day! On the inside, the structure of the rooms can now be seen taking form. The floors are being shined to give them that Industrial Chic Polished Concrete look. Day by day, Messer is hard at work turning The Point from a work in progress to a complete piece of livable art.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 12.19.2017:
The crane has been removed! After several months of building with a crane to assist in the lifting of large building materials, The Point has officially progressed past the structural stage far enough to proceed crane-free! After also recently installing the windows, Messer Construction will now move to focus on the inside of The Point.
